Konings Drinks (formerly known as Hero) in Breda is expanding its production capacity substantially. A new line for packaging will be installed and the process plant will get some major changes and improvements. Pro-Fa has been selected as the implementing partner for the new SCADA with Wonderware System Platform for the blending of fruit juices and the communication with the production lines.
The primary goals of this project:
- Expanding the process plant in accordance with new P&ID’s
- Setup of new operating procedures for the preparation of food
- The phasing out of the out-dated production automation
As part of this project we will make the connection with the Navision ERP system. Navision production orders will become available within the Wonderware solution. Production results and usage of raw materials will be registered in the production database and this data will be sent back to the Navision ERP system.
